Times, Dates, and Fees

Session Times

We are open 07:30 to 17:00 every weekday. You can choose which sessions your child attends (subject to availability):

  • 07:30-08:30 Breakfast Club

     

  • 09:00-12:00 Morning Session

     

  • 12:00-15:00 Afternoon Session

     

  • 15:30-17:00 After School Club

Term Dates

We operate term time and holidays, you can choose whether your child attends in term time only or throughout the year.

Our 2024-25 term time dates (for claiming funding over 38 weeks) are:

  • 2nd September to 18th October 2024.

  • (half term Mon 21st- Fri 25th)

    28th October to 20 December 2024.
  • (Christmas holiday 23rd-fri 3rd)

  • 6th January to 14th February 2024.

    (half term Mon 17th-Fri 21st)

  • 24th February to 4th April  2024

  • (Easter hols -Mon7th--Mon 21st April )

  • 22nd April to 23rd May 2024.

    (May Day bank holiday Mon 5th may -we are closed) 

  • 2nd June to 11th July 2024.

     

Our 2024-25 stretched offer (for claiming funding over 48 weeks) are:

  • 2nd September to 20 December 2024.

     

  • 6th January 2025 to 13th August 2025

                                   closures for everyone 

                         Friday 18th April -Good Friday

               Monday 121st April - Easter Monday 

               May bank holidays -Monday 5th and 26th 

                      end date to be confirmed

        we close from Mon 20th August- 29th until                                  September (date to be confirmed)

 

 

 

Fees are charged for any additional sessions. 

Fees and Funding

Please note fees may change. Our fees from September 2024 are: 

  • £7.50 per hour for 1-2 year olds.

  •  

    £7.00 per hour 2-3 year olds.

    £6.75 per hour for 3-4 year olds .
  •  

    £3.00 per day for consumables.
  • breakfast £1.25

  • light tea £2.25

The fee for consumables is payable each day or part day your child attends. For those children who stay all day or attend the afternoon session, parents can purchase hot meals from Good Lookin Cookin or bring a healthy packed lunch.

There is a £10 non-refundable administration fee for registration.

 

Early Years Entitlement (EYE) funding can be used to cover the morning and afternoon sessions up to the number of hours to which you are entitled.

In the event of absence due to holiday or illness fees and additional charges remain payable.

All bills are payable within 14 days of the date of issue after which a 5% per month fee is incurred.
